From fit check to a cared-for website
Step 1
Fit check
You describe your business and website needs. Joe helps check whether Launch or Dominate fits. No unpaid custom build is promised.
Step 2
Choose and pay
You review the plan, billing and exit terms, then pay the first month or full annual charge before the full build begins.
Step 3
Complete intake
You supply accurate business facts, approved photos/content and delegated access. We draft the initial copy from your intake. Never email passwords.
Step 4
Build and revise
We build the agreed site. You verify facts and send up to two consolidated prelaunch revision rounds through one decision maker, within the agreed sitemap and design direction.
Step 5
Accept and launch
You explicitly approve the preview and content version. We record acceptance, connect your domain and complete the launch checks.
Step 6
Ongoing care
We host and maintain the included features. You send bounded content-care requests; we quote extra work before starting it.
Launch: Typically live in 5-7 business days after your intake, content and required access are complete. Dominate: Typically live in 7-10 business days after your intake, content and required access are complete. These are typical windows, not guarantees; client review delays can extend them.
New pages, new functionality, redesigns, research-heavy writing and third-party account work are quoted before work begins. We never add an unapproved overage charge. Fixes to our work and routine technical maintenance do not use your content allowance. Unused time does not roll over. Support replies within two business days. Approved small content changes are normally completed within three business days. These are service targets, not a 24/7 uptime or response SLA. Client review delays and custom work can extend them.
